The course was not exactly what I expected.

I have done similar short courses over the past couple of years, but yours was on a whole different level to the others!!

Hullo Sir,
Since your kitchen inhouse training my food cost has dropped by 7%.I cannot believe the systematic functioning of the kitchen.As you said it should ticks like a clock and yes it does.

A while a go I had to cook for 16 people as we had parent’s day with our student’s association. I made “varkenshaasjes” in honey-time sauce, using your approach (add some herbs to make it more flavoursome and a bit of picante for more spicy). Everybody loved it! Thanks for your cooking tips and the training.

I have met quite a few interesting people throughout my life and of all, if I had to choose a ‘Life Coach’ it would be you so treat this as a big compliment.
