About Belucci

My career in hospitality and tourism began over 37 years ago with a five star hotel chain as an Executive Trainee. My training was extensive and I feel privileged in having a chance to be recipient of this valuable knowledge.
During the course of this training, I travelled to various other institutions in Europe and Asia adapting to their ways and cultures.
There is no limit to learning no matter how you achieve. Every day is another day of discovery in this exiting world.
I recently returned from Europe after ten years with added experience and knowledge.This gave me a different perspective of our industry and made me realise how much we lack awareness in maintaining standard,consistency,customer needs and wants, and the values associated to the Hospitality Industry.
I am a Restaurateur,Chef and a certified Trainer for Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management,Diploma in Hospitality,Culinary and Restaurant Cafe Operation.

There is never a day in a Restaurant and Cafe, or for that matter in the Hospitality Industry, when there is not a problem. At times, you often wish you had a magic wand.
I have had situations when I wished there were three of me. One way or the other, things get resolved and we get on with it, with many compromises.Compromise is the other name of “I give in”. No, you don’t have to when you can get help.
